We refund 100% of what you paid for your Nurse Dojo subscription, up to a maximum of $349 (the lifetime plan price). If you paid $29/mo for 3 months, you'd get $87 back. If you paid $297 for the yearly plan, you'd get $297 back. If you paid $349 for lifetime, you'd get $349 back.
Your progress is tracked automatically within the Nurse Dojo platform. When you submit a guarantee claim, we'll verify your completion percentage and practice exam scores directly from your account dashboard. You don't need to screenshot anything — it's all recorded.
We accept your official NCLEX score report from Pearson VUE or your state board of nursing. The Candidate Performance Report (CPR) you receive after a failed attempt is the standard document. Simply email it to us within 30 days of your exam date.
The pass guarantee applies to paid subscribers only. Since the free trial is free, there's nothing to refund. However, your progress during the free trial does count toward the 75% completion requirement if you continue to a paid plan.
The guarantee covers your first NCLEX attempt after enrolling in Nurse Dojo. If you had previously failed the NCLEX before subscribing, the guarantee applies to your next attempt after completing the program requirements. It does not cover multiple retakes.
Once we verify your account progress and receive your official score report, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
After a refund is processed, your subscription access ends. However, if you'd like to continue studying for a retake, we're happy to work with you on discounted re-enrollment options. We want you to pass — that's the whole point.
These aren't arbitrary hoops — they're readiness indicators. Students who complete at least 75% of the curriculum and score 70%+ on practice exams are statistically very likely to pass the NCLEX. The requirements exist because the guarantee only works if you actually use the system. We can't guarantee results for someone who barely opens the platform.
